Prior to the first day of practice, all golfers must complete the following requirements.

• Have a current physical on-file with the Davies Activities Office/Athletic Trainer.
• Complete required athletic forms via PowerSchool registration:
  • Co-Curricular Student/Parent Meeting
  • Concussion Management
  • HIPAA
  • Consent for Treatment
• Participate in any summer golf program; including group lessons, private lessons or play in any golf tournament
  OR
• Participate in some of the captains practices this summer

And

• Attend the Rules meeting - place and time to be determined

It is highly recommended that all players participate in as many tournaments as possible during the summer.
